Biography

I am an Assistant Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology working in the Food, Chemical, and Biotechnology Cluster. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining SIT, I was a postdoctoral associate at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology. At SIT, my interests include rheology and the design of complex fluids, and the application of principles of soft matter to key technology areas including foods and pharmaceuticals.
