Through the Soft Matter Kitchen, I have been fortunate to form connections and work with some great people. The video below was initiated by my excellent and enthusiastic colleague, Dr Keara Saud, and her trying experience with making instant pudding out of plant-based milks. With the effort of a great undergraduate intern, Justin, to bring it to completion, I’m happy to be able to present it to you today.
